Abstract:	In conjunction with this notice of proposed rulemaking, TTB issued a temporary rule (T.D. TTB-75) implementing certain provisions of the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA; Pub. L. 111-3). The text of the regulations in the temporary rule serves as the text of the proposed regulations. Please submit any comments concerning these regulations under this document, Notice No. 93.
