§ 25.77 Change in location.

When there is a change in the location of the brewery, the brewer shall file an amended Form 5130.10, and a new bond, Form 5130.22, or a consent of surety, Form 1533 ( 5000.18), in accordance with , as required under § 25.91, extending the terms of the bond or continuation certificate to cover operations at the new location. The brewer may not begin operations at the new location until the appropriate TTB officer approves the required documents.
