(a) A separation zone is established bounded by a line connecting the following geographic positions:
Latitude Longitude 38°46.30′ N 74°34.45′ W 38°46.33′ N 74°55.75′ W 38°47.45′ N 74°55.40′ W 38°47.35′ N 74°34.50′ W (b) A traffic lane for westbound traffic is established between the separation zone and a line connecting the following geographic positions:
