(a) A separation zone is established bounded by a line connecting the following geographic positions:
Latitude Longitude 38°27.00′ N 74°42.30′ W 38°43.40′ N 74°58.00′ W 38°44.20′ N 74°57.20′ W 38°27.60′ N 74°41.30′ W (b) A traffic lane for north-westbound traffic is established between separation zone and a line connecting the following geographic positions:
