§ 63.5375 When must I conduct a performance test or initial compliance demonstration?
You must conduct performance tests after the installation of any emission control device that reduces HAP emissions and can will be used to comply with the HAP emission requirements of this subpart. You must complete your performance tests not later than 60 calendar days before the end of the 12-month period used in the initial compliance determination.
