Yes, the TSP may file a claim with the GSA Audit Transportation Audits Division, which will review the TSP's appeal of your agency's final full or partial denial of a claim. The TSP may also appeal to the GSA Audit Transportation Audits Division if your agency has not responded to a challenge within 30 days.
