Counseling Process.

As prescribed in 871.212211, insert the following clause:

Time Spent by Counselee in Counseling Process (APR 1984NOV 2021)

The contractor Contractor agrees that no counselee referred under the provisions of this agreement will be required to give participate or engage in additional sessions or expend any extra time in connection with the counseling process, to supply test results or other information, for purposes other than those specified in this contract.
