Airworthiness Standards; Systems and Equipment Rules Based on 
European Joint Aviation Requirements

AGENCIES: Federal Aviation Administration, DOT.

ACTION: Final rule, correction.

SUMMARY: This document contains a correction to the final rule 
published on February 9, 1996 (61 FR 5151). This action removes the 
numbers ``91-247'', inadvertently used in the heading of the document 
and replaces it with the numbers ``91-248''.

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 11, 1996.
