I DON'T SEE ANY REASON WHY THE WORLD NEEDS THIS. THIS FIELD TEST WILL INTRODUCE AN UNNECESSARY ANTIBODY INTO THE OPEN SYSTEM FOR NO VITAL REASON. IS IT WORTH ANY AMOUNT OF RISK? I THINK NOT. WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE--DO WE NEED MORE THINGS TO FIGHT TOOTH-DECAY? SHEER INDULGENT MADNESS--UNLESS THERE IS AN ULTERIOR MOTIVE NOT LISTED IN THE PETITION.
