re docket 2007 --0095 the cattle that have ticks should be kept out of the united states entirely. the us. must become a country that feeds itself. i oppose this change in safety for american consumers. i oppose allowing these mexican cattle into the united states at any point of entry. they are not safe to allow to enter, the us should not be paying to allow them to enter.
