Although the larger/major contractor's are trying to get the UID Registry unloaded for property valued at $5K or greater prior to 31 May 06, the DD 1662 requirement is the only current product that shows all property, regardless of value, accountable to each contract. Will the UID Registry account for dollar amounts of $5K or less? If not, how will this be addressed?
