I am concerned that the new volunteer work performance indicator will require additional reporting and followup documentation by Senior Community Service Employment Program staff, when they already have significant documentation and follow-up responsibilities. I would rather see volunteer work on the list of excluded exits, so that it is not considered a negative exit. Documentation and followup would then be minimal.
