The "Actions and Compliance" paragraph (f)(1) and (2) of proposed Airworthiness Directive 2007-CE-098-AD are impracticle to comply with. Each affected aircraft does not have its own Maintenance Manual making compliance with paragraph (f) inplausible. Additionally most Maintenance Manuals for the Pilatus PC-12 are now on Compact Disk (CD) making paragraph (f)(2) difficult. Perhaps it would be simpler to just state the part numbers of the affected Pitch Trim Actuators and their new overhaul interval.
