There are pilots that are prescribed anti-depressant (Nortriptyline, for instance) medicine for other reasons than depression. It is sometimes prescribed for Shingles and Post Herpetic Neuralgia (PSN). In these cases, it is for pain management (non-narcotic) and as a cure for the above.
In this case there should be no reason for "grounding" the pilot.
