Per paragraph (g), D626A001-CMR revision July 2011 is referred. However, current revision of the document is December 2011. Once the proposed NPRM becomes the AD, the AMOC will be necessary for the latest document. In general, AWL/CMR documents are revised periodically and if the AMOC is necessary for each revision of the document, it will burden operators. If paragraph (g) addresses "D626A001-CMR revision July 2011, or later," the AMOC will not be necessary for each later revision of the document. As the document is reviewed by the FAA prior to public release, we believe the FAA is able to confirm if the document meets the adequate level of safety.
