I am against the PLA. If this goes thru it could affect my job and employment. PLA's are not fair to the wokers and the company. The company pays double benefits and the worker receives less benefits. There are more nonunion workers than union workers and this only is for the few. This also hampers the open competitive bidding process. By using a PLA the cos tof the projects are increased by 20% and I am also a tax payer and this is part of my money paying for this and I would like to help keep cost down on projects. I fell I can negotiate for myself and do not need a union to do my own negotiating.
