So if I’m reading this correctly the caribou get 375,562 acres for approximately 45 individuals? That sounds like as lot!! And can we assume that if the herd continues to grow they will get even more land for their sole use??? It sounds like between the wolverine and the caribou there will be no room for winter snow sports travel in the entire inland northwest! Is there a end in sight for these environmental land grabs? Now don’t get me wrong I would love to have a viable herd of woodland caribou in the northwest, but if these studies are correct we would all essentially have to leave?
