I recommend that Teller County be removed from the list of additional protected areas, as the Fish and Wildlife Service itself has not found evidence of the PJM in Teller County. (From http://www.fws.gov/mountain-prairie/species/mammals/preble/ : "The PMJM recently documented distribution includes Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld counties in Colorado." Further, I have lived in Ute Pass, the channel for Fountain Creek, for 22 years and have fished Fountain Creek hundreds of times and have never personally encountered a PJM there. It is beyond government's reach to protect something that isn't there while potentially causing harm to landowners, businesses and residents.
