Comment on FR Doc # 2011-04906

I am opposed to increasing habitat for the Snowy Plover along the beaches by restricting peoples activities on the beach and dunes areas. This bird does not need additional protections. The bird exists thoughout the country and came here from elsewhere just as the grass and the people have. Spending taxpayer dollars to restrict taxpayers from using the land they own by playing god is wrong. Let people drive up to and on the beach and find nice sheltered places for picnics along the shore. We should increasing access to the beaches and increasing facilities to support these activities. The Snow plover will have to adapt or move back to Utah.
