Requests For Information: Development of Inventory of Comparative Effectiveness Research

Principal Investigators seeking CER funds should be required to show that they have engaged proposed end-users of their research in the design, implementation and dissemination plans of their studies. This should be required at the proposal stage. This requirement would assist PIs to formulate better questions, conduct better research, and translate their research into deomonstration and implementation programs.
