TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: WITH REGARD TO THE PARTICULAR ADVANTAGE OF THE TRANSITION TO LAND AND DRIVE VERSUS FLY INTO INCLEMENT WEATHER, ONE OF THE MAJOR CAUSES OF FATAL ACCIDENTS IN GENERAL AVIATION IS THE INADVERTANT FLIGHT FROM VFR (VISUAL FLIHT RULE) CONDITIONS TO IFR (INSTRUMENT FLIGHT RULE) CONDITIONS. THE ABILITY TO AVOID THESE CONDITIONS BUT YET CONTINUE TO THE PLANNED DESTINATION TREMENDOUSLY INCREASES THE UTILITY OF THIS AIRCRAFT. THIS REPRESENTS A TREMENDOUS SAFETY MARGIN WITH REGARDS TO GENERAL AVIATION AIRCRAFT. THANK YOU. KENNETH J. RAMSEY
