This law will be an infringement on the privacy rights of an individual. The American people should have the right to deactivate this device if they see fit and also this will just add another cost to the price of a vehicle for the consumer. This device is being added to vehicles as another means for the government to spy on consumers living in this country moreso than for the protection and safety of all drivers. I urge you not to pass this rule into law or it will do more harm than good in the future. Thank you!
