new marine boundries This is so very very wrong. Being a 3rd generation bay area native and a professional captain .I am on the bay daily and see the good changes . I see the dolphins swim all the way to richmond. and other parts of the bay.But to say it willnot affect people who make ther living fisning there and genreations uopn generations who take there familes to fish and enjoy outr fine waters and it rubbish.it just a mateer of time until familes will not be able to enjoy our waters and how about the food chain of vendres who who are suported by them. Or bays and surrounding water are healthy pleae dont chage it.and is for anyone who says that the areas near the beaches are not fished have you hear of fish called Salmon,Halabut.strIped bass
