Dear Sirs, and/or Madam, In reference to Docket ID: NPS-2012-0003-0001 and RIN 1024-AD94, I'd like to request that a MOU be enacted, allowing the mountain bike community access to the trails at Sope Creek at the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area therein. These trails have historically been accessible by mountain bikers, and I understand this access is presently at risk. I'd like to point out that this land, managed by the National Park Service, is owned by the community at large.. many of whom are mountain bikers. There are miles of trails available in this area, many of which are restricted to hikers only. I agree this current demarcation is a good thing, I only request that the trails that are currently available to mountain bikers remain accessible.
