This is social engineering in the form of labor regulation. It is the exact reason the government cannot do anything that doesn't cost a fortune. There are other agencies and services available to these people. No one should be forced to choose unqualified people be casue the are of a particular ethnice background, race, sex or a veteran of any certain era. THE MOST COMPETENT PEOPLE GET THE JOBS. THAT IS WHAT SHOULD MOTIVATE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE TO FEEL THE NEED TO MAKE THEMSELVES COMPETENT. That is where we need to help them in making themselves competent, not in guaranteeing them a job where they are not the most qualified people to be there. Some places in this country there arent a specific percentage of say white women so why should we say EVERYONE has to have 25% women. Makes no logical sense whatsoever.
