Please note that the European Union is currently reviewing the draft regulation notified under WTO TBT Document Number G/TBT/N/USA/702 (US Document ID TTB-2012-0002-0001). The final date for providing comments on the measure is June 29, 2012. The European Communities are requesting that the comment period deadline date be extended to July 27, 2012 or 30 days in order to have time to analyze and prepare comments. Thank you.
