This comment in support of the proposal outlined in Notice No. 127 was submitting on behalf of these five Brazilian business groups: -- The Brazil Industries Coalition (BIC); -- The Brazilian National Confederation of Industry (CNI); -- The Brazilian Section of the Brazil-U.S. Business Council (CEBEU); -- The Federation of Industries of São Paulo (FIESP); and -- The Brazilian Institute of Cachaça (IBRAC).
