Re: US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act FMCSA-2011-0146 I am against this proposal as it will GREATLY burden family farms with the requirements to get CDL licenses for anyone operating farm machinery over 10,000 pounds on roads. Thank you, Jerry Schlossnagle
