DHS Docket No. USCIS- 2006-0069 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Homeland Security These rules set forth in this document are far too open-ended and allow for amnesty for any illegal aliens who claims they have been the victim of domestic mental abuse. Every single illegal alien could make this claim. This is clearly another attempt to gain the right to allow amnesty for any individual and his or her extended family. This type of amnesty was clearly rejected by the overwhelming majority of the citizens of this country and will not stand this time either. By attempting to bury this in crime regulations it is clear that the will of the American people is being disregarded by shoving amnesty for illegal aliens at us in through a back door via sneaky dishonest methods.
