To Whom It May Concern,
Many of the specialty metals are not available under the rules as written. Only companies who will lie to the government are making those parts. Others are much more expensive (because they know we are stuck), so people who will lie are getting a lot of that work, too. This will level the playing field, while the government will get the same that they always got, but probably cheaper. We know that this is a large blanket statement, but we have been fighting this battle for a couple of years now, and this is really the best solution.
