Clarification of Policy Regarding Designated Aircraft Dispatcher Examiners

As an operator of a small FAR Part 65c Course, I agree with Mr. Jansen and Mr. Porter in the fact that DADEs should be prohibited from being employees or have any vested interest in program operator or school. It is the most straight forward way to not only prevent fraud, but also to prevent the appearance of misconduct. It serves the school well to have an unbiased opinion and as Mr. Jansen stated, an outside auditor for the program.
