Is there any way of submitting a change ot the MUTCD stating that if a signal is not one that detects bicycle then the pedestrian signal must be located on both sides of the street. I have almost been hit twice by right turning and left turning vehicles trying to go to the oposite side of the road to hit the ped button so that I can cross the street.
