I do not think that it is appropriate for a federal agency to favor unions to the detriment of business. I see no benefit or value in the proposed rule other than to assist unions in garnering a larger paid membership pool. The proposed rule does absolutely nothing to promote business or job creation. Promotion of union organizations is not the role of government.
