I would not pass this bill, only because everything that is in this country from international areas is already fumigated, and everything within this country must already be in compliance or native wood, therefore the risk of spread is minimal. The firewood issue is nearly impossible to regulate, so therefore, i would rather see a bill passed that would secure funding in educating the public not to move firewood.
