Comment on FR Doc # 2010-28811

I am protesting the approval of this permit application until such time as there ia a defined and approved route for the proposed high voltage power line in both Canada and the United States. To date it is a conceptual idea with no determined route through the towns of Pittsburg and Clarksville, New Hampshire where the line crosses the Canadian Border. Hydro-Quebec still has not posted where they intend to place the line on the Canadain side of the border either. Until that has been resolved there should be no decision made by the Federal Government. Until the route is pin-pointed and definately decided how can there be accurate and precise decisions made on the impact this project will have on these affected communities and the environment that will result from project of such encroachment.
