This initiative will need a lay persons interpretation of scoring, or BASIC valuations printed to make it more accessible to the drivers effected by CSA2010. Currently it is impossible for the lay person to determine what each event will result in as a weighted measure toward their individual fitness as a driver. Currently there is no explanation of what the difference is between an at fault crash and a not at fault crash. And there appears to be no avenue of appeal for deficient inspections, violations or other non-judicial events that will effect the rating of the individual.
