Details Information

Abstract: Notice denies four petitions for reconsideration of NHTSA's final rule and correcting amendments concerning air bag warning labels. The rule requires vehicles with air bags to bear three new, attention-getting warning labels. Two of the labels replace previous labels on the sun visor and the third is a new temporary (i.e., removal) label located on the vehicle dash.
