In this notice of proposed rulemaking, TTB proposes establishment of the 665-square mile "Antelope Valley of the California High Desert" American viticultural area in portions of Los Angeles and Kern Counties, California. TTB proposes this action in response to a petition filed on behalf of local wine industry members. Comments on this proposal are due on or before November 1, 2010.
